It explains why anger and irritability occurs, what makes us angry and what you can do to handle the most difficult situations. I really like why do I get angry chapters. These explain how are judgements and beliefs play a part in how we feel. I also find the chapter on ‘but I’m not always irritable, just sometimes’ great in helping us investigate what it is that puts us in a bad mood. The book has great little stories and analogies to help us along the way
