Each chapter helps a child to discover more about their thoughts, feelings, actions and sensations by inviting them to pretend they are a jungle explorer. In each chapter there are simple activities to help them find out more about themselves in this way. Examples of chapters include: ‘It’s no catastrophe’, ‘getting used to making mistakes’ and ‘what’s so good about you’?
